The most prevalent form of cancer in all of human history. Women typically have a shorter lifespan than men. The death toll from breast cancer is higher than that of any other type of cancer. After \nreaching puberty, women all around the world are at risk for developing breast cancer, however, the disease is more prevalent in elderly individuals. The death rate from breast cancer did not \nsignificantly change from the 1930s through the 1970s. In the 1980s, countries that were healthcare conscious and had early detection systems, as well as a variety of treatment modalities \nto eliminate invasive diseases, began to see an increase in their overall survival rates. This article employed decision tree models and time series models to anticipate breast cancer using time series data from 1930 to 2019. The breast cancer cases that occurred in the United States of America served as the basis for this study. The most precise prediction models will be produced as a result of this data analysis. In order to evaluate how well the predictions were made, we determined how accurate they were by calculating the symmetric mean absolute percentage errors (sMAPE), measured mean absolute percentage errors (MASE), and mean absolute percentage errors (MAPE).

Drones are being extensively used for a variety of practical purposes, including providing \nmedical care. For instance, giving vaccinations, healthcare equipment, and samples of blood to \nindividuals in isolated locations as well as during calamities. This study examined an efficient \nmetaheuristic algorithm called MAP-LOCS, which optimizes the location of optimal \nconnectivity amenities using drones. The use of drones in relation to facility placement and \nnavigation is the issue. Within certain drone range limits, it entails choosing drone launch spots \nto optimize patient care availability. This work develops a heuristic called Location of Optimal \nConnection Services. The algorithm\'s basic premise is to start by randomly selecting a few \nservices to open from among those that are most capable of meeting patient requests. Following \nthat, patients are matched with the nearest open facility that can accommodate them. In the end, \npatients get allocated a drone according to which one uses the smallest quantity of battery life \nwhen traveling between the patient and the facility. In a short amount of time, it was capable \nof handling a large number of patients (above 90% on average).

The article deals with the problems of theoretical and applied aspects of state guard in the system of state governance in Ukraine. The study of the genesis of the emergence and establishment of state concludes that the institution of state leaders\' guard has appeared since the formation of the state, the emergence of state leaders and the emergence of contradictions between them. It is substantiated that in the context of reforms implemented in Ukraine, the modern security service of state authorities and officials has been established. It is concluded that the state guard is carried out under the statutory tasks directly in the sphere of state security and in order to ensure state security, and therefore, in the context of the activity of the Department of State Guard of Ukraine (hereinafter DSGU), the necessity of coercive measures application for the DSGU is wider and may concern either the offenders as provided for law enforcement agencies, or other persons in the interests of state protection of public authorities and officials.

In this study, the degradation of Calmagite in H2O2/UV/US, H2O2/US, H2O2, and US processes were investigated. 1-(1-Hydroxy-4-methyl-2-phenylazo)-2-naphthol-4-sulfonic acid is known as Calmagite. The effects of H2O2, initial dye concentration, pH, UV, and ultrasonic on the degradation of Calmagite were studied. The degradation reaction of the dye was found to fit into first order rate kinetics. For the azo dye tested, more than 98% of degradation in H2O2/UV/US, H2O2/US, and H2O2 processes was reached in 20, 40 and 60 minutes, respectively in Britton Robinson buffer media.

Purpose of present work aimed at exploring the potential biochemical components and biological activities of an organic extract of the white truffle Tirmania nivea collected from Iraqi desert, investigate the organic extract against the Cytotoxicity on Human Larynx carcinoma cells and selected strains of pathogenic bacteria. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry GC/ MSS were used to analyse mycochemical compositions. The antimicrobial activity and Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) was investigated using a disk diffusion agar method. The truffle extract\'s cytotoxicity effect against the larynx cell line (Hep-2) was assessed by the MTT assay (in vitro). FTIR results provided the presence of phenol, carboxylic acid, and alkane\'s functional group, The GC-MS analysis of T. nivea disclose the existence of nineteen compounds that can contribute to the pharmaceutical properties of the truffle. As for antibacterial activity result, A growth inhibition activity of truffle extract at (18-40 mm inhibition zones) against the tested pathogenic bacterial strains was detected, which minimum inhibitory concentration values ranged from 3.12 to 6.25 mg / mL for Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922) and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 25923) Respectively. The results of cytotoxicity shown that the organic truffle extract exhibited a high inhibitory rate (52.685%) against cell line (Hep-2) at a concentration of 1. 56 μg / mL. In this work, the results showed that the organic extracts of T. nivea are very promising as an antitumor and antibacterial agent for future medical applications.

NDM-1 is a widely distributed gene especially in Indian subcontinent that encode carbapenemase production in gram negative bacteria resulting treatment failure, increased healthcare cost and high mortality rate. In this study, a total of 3265 clinical samples were processed for the isolation of carbapenemase producing Klebsiella spp., which were confirmed by combined disc test and conventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Furthermore, genotypically confirmed strains were processed for antibiotic susceptibility testing. In total, 502 Klebsiella species were isolated, including 61 (12.2%) NDM-1 producers, which were resistant to nearly all routine antibiotics.

Employee turnover is the important issue in the recent day organizations. In this paper, a data mining based employee turnover predictor is developed in which ORACLE ERP dataset was used for sample training to predict the employee turnover with much higher accuracy. This paper deploys impactful algorithms and methodologies for the accurate prediction employee turnover taking place in any organization. First of all preprocessing is done as a precautionary step as always before proceeding to the core part of the proposed work. PCA-Principal Component Analysis is used for feature selection and RFC-Random Forest Classifier is used for the classification purposes to classify accordingly to make the prediction more feasible. For classifying and predicting accurately, a methodology called Random Forest Classifier (RFC) classifier is deployed. The main objective of this work is to utilize this Random Forest Classification methodology to break down fundamental purposes lying behind the worker turnover by making use of the information mining technique (i.e.) Novel PCA for feature selection. Comparative study taking the proposed novel work with the existing is made for showing the efficiency of this work. The performance of this novel method was found to perform better with improved yields of ROC, accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score when compared to other existing methodologies
